Payment terms are another factor. In Thailand it is common practice to spread your payments during the construction period, therefore you are not obliged to pay until a certain stage of the construction has been completed.

With many choosing to purchase for living or investment, how does one know if it is safe or not to purchase off plan properties Thailand and what makes people feel secure that this is a safe investment?

Many properties are purchased within developments and the developer in most cases will have appointed a “Rental Management” company to assist owners in the renting out of their properties. 

Most people who are buying these days in Thailand, have it in mind to rent out their properties and get some kind of return. With so many projects and developments available offering guaranteed returns and returns from rental pools, how do we know which option will in fact earn the higher return each year?
