What projects have started in the 2022-23 season: part 3: Layan.
Layan is an area that is adjacent to Bang Tao and where many new exciting projects are being actively built up. It offers a lot of interesting projects of villas, both already built and just being prepared for the start of work.
Cendana Villas Layan is a recently announced project. One, the largest villa, has already been built, it has 5 bedrooms, the price is over 89 million. Prices for three bedroom off-plan villas start at 34 million baht. Total of 6 villas are planned for construction.
Layan Green Park Phase 2 is the second phase of an ambitious infrastructure project. Studio of 36 sq.m. will cost 5,090,000 baht, and the price of a two-bed apartment is 16 million baht.
Botanica Prestige: there are 7 villas offered, six are with 4 bedrooms starting from 39 million baht and one is with 3 bedrooms starting at 37 million baht.
Botanica Lakeside 2 is the project with 19 off-plan villas with price starting from 24 million baht.
Walailayan - renders look modern and stylish, well integrated into the landscape above the cliff. Initially, prices were attractive, especially for two-bedroom villas - 14 million baht, but the price quickly increased by almost 4 million, and then the two-bedroom villas ran out altogether, leaving only three bedrooms with a price of 18.6 million baht initially or 22.8 million baht at the current moment.
Isola Palms is the premium project for 8 villas (half sold). The price for a villa with 4 bedrooms is from 55,930,000 baht.
There is another new project from the same developer - Isola Sky, with a total of 3 villas, with 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms. Prices from 57,630,000 baht.
Botanica Forestique is a complex of 65 villas with four bedrooms and prices from about 43 million baht.
