BAN6567: Loft Villa in New Project in Bang Tao

• 10% - Finished flooring, built-in-furniture, and painting
• 10% - Transfer of ownership, land registration

Schedule of payments upon completion of construction:

• 2% - Reservation deposit.
• 48% - Signing of the contract (within 30 days).
• 50% - Transfer of ownership, land registration.
