The Villa has a modified open plan living area surrounded by sliding stained glass doors that filter the sunlight during the day and provide privacy at night. The U-shaped kitchen has a built-in hob and hood with breakfast bar/pass-through that connects in to the dinning area. The spacious lounge sits adjacent and has a fitted U-shaped sectional and a 55" flat screen cable TV.
