The Ao Po Grand Marina is a short 3 kilometers away while the Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club and the Phuket International Airport are only a 20-­‐minute drive each.

The Rooms

There are 5 bedrooms at the villa -­‐ 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and 3 luxurious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large double bed. The master bedrooms are a dream with their bathrooms featuring a bathtub and rain shower that offer unobstructed views of the sea via the floor to ceiling glass walls.

The Facilities

Everything you will ever need to enjoy a relaxing, and fun-­‐filled tropical vacation can be found right at the comforts of the villa. A fully-­‐equipped kitchen with state-­‐of-­‐the-­‐art appliances is yours to enjoy during your stay, while a dining room that seats 10 people is located right beside the lounging area, also offering unbelievable views of the sea.

An infinity swimming pool is located right in front of the modern lounge area while a kid's pool is also available for children. A game room is also offered, with luxurious sofas and a pingpong table for guests to enjoy. The property also features a basketball court.

Services

The 3,000 square meter property is also open to weddings and events, with the maximum capacity of 40 people during a day occasion.

Security is 24/7 at the villa with 3 full-­‐time English speaking staff and a full-­‐time cook. Concierge services are also offered, and the rates already include a roundtrip airport transfer. A car or a van with a driver is available upon request with an extra charge, as well as spa services.
