The Villa is located in the south of Phuket, between Chalong and Nai Harn, 1200m from the main road at Soi Suksan 2, in a minor road arranged as a cul-de sac without traffic getting through. It is conveniently situated near the beach of Nai Harn, Karon, Rawai, Chalong or Kata within a 10-minute drive radius of the development. 200m after restaurant Fresca & Stay wellness hotel. The area is a popular tourist destination with an established expatriate resident community.
PROJECT & ARCHITECTURE
The project is the product of a collaboration of design between Swiss architect/designer Rene Sidler and a design-studio in Phuket. Mainly the extremes of heat and rain. Other areas of focus include: Emphasis on good shade and ventilation. Good drainage of the whole terrain. High ventilation that guarantees heat removal Large roof, large veranda All living spaces and bedrooms have large sliding windows from sun paradise. On 2 to 3 sides to guarantee good ventilation thus reducing the need for air condition. All rooms, verandas and pavilion are equipped with ceiling fans.
INFRASTRUCTURE / DEVELOPMENT.
The whole project includes 4 luxurious villas, each with its own pool and infrastructure in a total 4800m2 land with a private road and gate.
LAND & PRIVATE ROAD.
The Villa is developed on a concrete road. On both sides, drainage pipes (of 30 cm diameter) with 5 control shafts, electricity, telephone, cable TV and ADSL.
WATER
The villa is equipped with 2 owned 14 meters deep well with diameter of 1.5m. The water is at least 4 meters high during the dry season.
ELECTRIC, CABLE, TV AND TELEPHONE.
The development is protected and served by its own power station, including their own meter and control boxes.
BUILDING
Approx 1400m2 on two plots. Two chanot title, 1 blue house book. The whole land is surrounded by a 2.60m high Balinese wall. The whole land is planted in a very beautiful garden design.
