The kitchen is equipped with all necessary. The living area has comfortable furniture and a TV with cable channels and Internet. Each bedroom is represented by king size bed.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 400 THB for 3 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities. 

Check in and Check Out: Check in time: 2.00pm onwards. Check out time: before 11.00am.
