A great ‘secret villa’ in its own private secure estate. Hidden away from the crowds, yet only 10 minutes walk to the best beaches in Phuket. Our Villa is the perfect get away from the real world - a step back in time to an enchanted villa. Villa gives all our guests a sense of discovery of something hidden and adventurous right over the deep blue ocean.

This is a 4 bedroom pavilion style property with Balinese and Japanese design influences.  Accessed by a stepped garden pathway from the estate car park down through a private tropical garden.

The property is one of Phuket's first west coast oceanfront luxury villas.  It has a simple charm in terms of accommodation, but an awe-inspiring location on the headland between Kata and Kata Noi beaches which is second to none.  Whilst not the most modern villa on Phuket, few have such character and even fewer the absolute oceanfront location between two of the islands best beaches. 

Guests will be able to walk to either of the Kata beaches.  

One enters through the ancient Balinese teak doors into this beautiful property set amongst natural granite bounders and tropical trees, and Carp ponds.

On the Oceanfront there is a lovely swimming pool within a grass lawn area.  There are two oceanfront relaxing areas above the seafront rocks. One is a covered open air sala, the other an open wooden deck with two sunbeds for sun tanning.

Four main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.  

The master bedroom suite and upper living area have open balconies and BIG view the ocean.

There is a dedicated staff accommodation pavilion which also houses the villa kitchen, used by the chef to prepare guest meals.  The guest accommodation has a simple bar style kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink. The resident staff are the head housekeeper/chef and the daily maid. The Chef is very good!

Due to the villa’s more simple nature, the pricing for such an outstanding location is far less than any other Phuket four bedroom oceanfront west coast villa, so you can live on the waters edge at an inland villa price!
