Expected return on investment: You can expect to achieve approx. 6 to 7 % net return for 9 to 10 months per annum; and you can still stay 60 to 90 days in your apartment "free of charge".
It is a great return if you like to combine your investment with: "0 expenses during your vacation/winter holidays etc." and still return very likely a minimum 6 % p.a. (In the bank you will likely get less than 1 to 3 % with more risks...). Tangible assets, real estate ownership is the best, most secure way to retain your wealth, savings and/or yield a reasonable return.
