The first floor is open with a really nice bar and large open space to watch tv or play pool. The pool table is quite new and is a professional imported from Bangkok. The Villa was built in 2008 and has just been spiffed up and now it presents itself better than new. Everything is repainted and the bar has got new wood. The pool pumps and everything for the pump house has been changed so it is fair to say the villa is in better condition than when it was built.
If we consider the price pr. Rai (1600 sqm) and the price for the construction it is correct to say it is almost cheaper then to start from scratch and build it yourself.
