This four bedroom villa features tropical style living and is designed with taste. The kitchen is packed with everything you could possibly need, living area is decorated with exquisite furniture and a large terrace with private swimming pool overlooks the beautiful Kata Noi beach.  Bedrooms are en-suite and overlook the pool area.

Villa is located in a private secluded villa development which features huge mature green gardens and club house with tennis court, common pool, terrace cafe and gym.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 500 THB for 4 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities. 

Check in and Check Out: Check in time: 2.00pm onwards. Check out time: before 11.00am.
