Townhouse is located in a private secured estate in 15 min walk to the beautiful and clean Kamala beach. On the way to the beach there are restaurants, bars and local shops.
In the estate there is a swimming pool available for the guests.
Kamala area is very beautiful due to its green mountains and blue sea. It has all the infrastructure that is necessary for the perfect vacations: massage parlors and spas, supermarket and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants with breathtaking views.

Patong Beach: 10 minutes
Surin Beach: 5 minutes

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV. Next to the living room there is a kitchen and dining area for 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary for a comfortable stay stuff.
Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom and a terrace where you can relax in the shade of palm trees.
The terrace has a table and two chairs, a washing machine and dryer.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony, and the master bathroom – a bath.

On the third floor there is a sala and swings, as well as a beautiful mountains view.
