Construction Payment Term 

Option 1: 100% Payment upon purchase / during construction

Reservation fee of THB 100,000.
1st Payment - 20% upon signing contract
2nd Payment - 20% concrete structure substantially completed.
3rd Payment - 20% roof, brickwork and rendering substantially completed.
4th Payment - 20% electrical conduits, pipework and plastering substantially completed.
5th Payment - 20% upon completion of construction 

Option2: 50% payment upon purchase / during construction with 50% deferred payment over 1, 3 or 5 years

Deferred Payment Plan 

Reservation fee of THB 100,000.
1st Payment - 20% upon signing contract
2nd Payment - 10% concrete structure substantially completed
3rd Payment - 10% roof, brickwork and rendering substantially completed.
4th Payment - 10% electrical conduits, pipework and plastering substantially completed.
5th Payment - 50% post construction payments (Interest will be applied to the post-construction deferred balance as outlined under Financing Option.)
