This luxury villa is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

The living room and open space kitchen open up completely onto the outdoor deck creating a very large, breezy and enjoyable living space that includes, the terrace, the infinity pool, the outdoor dining area and a large sala.

The master bedroom is set on the pool deck and benefits from an absolutely spectacular sea view, an en-suite bathroom and a large and luxurious outdoor shower area. The second bedroom is also on the main floor, has two single beds, its own en-suite bathroom and a relaxing view over the lush and caringly tendered garden.

A third bedroom is on a separate floor and enjoys absolute privacy, its own balcony, outdoor table, lounge chairs and garden view. It is fitted with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a small adjacent room with a bunk bed to accommodate two school-age children. Perfect for a small family.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stovetop/oven, a dishwasher, a toster and a microwave oven. There are a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer and a safe box.

Everything you need can be arranged here at the Clubhouse and it's less than two minutes walk from the villa on the estate: terrace Cafe, a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers.

This villa can be rented as 2-bedroom villa.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 400 THB for 3 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities.
