There is a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and a fence with a gate. There is a comfortable poolside leisure zone in front of the pool, the patio is equipped with BBQ facilities.

The Western style kitchen is equipped with a stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, oven and even a dishwasher. So you don't have to wash the dishes. We can also arrange a cook or a housekeeping service if required.

There is a dining room and a small desk in the kitchen designed for a quick snack.

In the afternoon you can relax in the bright living room with a flat-screen TV having all necessary cable channels.

There is a new billiard-table and many board games for your entertainment.

On the upper floor there are bedrooms decorated in a modern style. One bedroom is designed with a bathtub and two other bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. The main bedroom has its own balcony. Each bedroom has a soft king size bed.

Villa is equipped with ceiling fans. There is an integrated system of air conditioning which has separate remote controls for each room.

There is a large sofa in a separate room which provides an additional sleeping place for a new arrived guest. Washing machine, dryer and an extra WC are also available downstairs. Covered parking is at your service.

On arrival, you should pay a deposit which will be refund back on your check out date if there is no any damage concerning the property.
