This two bedroom villa is created for tropical style living. Modern european kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, living area is decorated with raffia furniture adding the exotic vacation feeling. Wrap-around balconies on 2 levels allow you to enjoy the tropical views over gardens and Kata beach.  Both en-suite bedrooms have the sea view.

Villa is located in a private secluded villa development which features huge mature green gardens and club house with tennis court, common pool, terrace cafe and gym.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 350 THB for 2 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities.
