Very spacious villa. Here you can stay together with your family, your friends, or working colleagues, for recreation or business purposes.

We know from experience that one important reason why people chose to book our villa is because they want privacy that you do not get in a hotel.

Even so, to have time to relax, focus on your own, your family, friends or collegues wellbeing and having time to spend together, you need our staff to do many practical things for you, like cleaning the house, the pool, washing and changing bedcloths etc.

All these things, and all other kind of maintainance of the house, is always included in the price.

Breakfast and other meals are not included in the price but our staff can cook for you.

Some of you also want help to book trips to neighbor islands like Phi-Phi, tours around Phuket island and events like the famous Fantasea elephant show.

Our staff who live close to the house, will come to the reception/office to help you with all kind of bookings and all kind of practical things when you want him to. He is stand-by 24 hours if needed..

Bedrooms for up to 24 people

The villa has altogether seven double bedrooms (fourteen beds) plus ten extra beds (eight of them in the four bigger rooms).

The bedrooms vary in size but all are air-conditioned. They also have big, efficient roof-ventilation fans, which you can use when you think it gets too cool with air-con.

All rooms are equipped with flat TV screens (90 international channels), big safty boxes etc.

Internet

All areas in the villa have high speed fiber Wi-Fi internet. You have access to laptop, multi-printer and fax when needed.

Pool area

The villa has a nineteen-metre infinity pool with jacuzzi and a shaded pool area with a bar, where you can take refreshing drinks. Here you can also get a relaxing massage while listening to nice, soft background music, transmitted through speakers in the ceiling.

Clean water

The pool and the jacuzzi have an electronic water cleaning system. Therefore chlorine is not needed. All water in the house comes from a spring in the mountains above. It is clear, clean, and definitely drinkable.

Upper Terrace

If you prefer to be in the sun, you have a big terrace on the upper floor with a breathtaking view over the sea, the valley, and the mountains.

If you wish to arrange parties for many people, for example on the terrace upstairs, you have a barbeque, long extra tables and many extra chairs at your disposal.

Conference room

On the middle floor, there is a combined cinema and conference room for twenty people, with a HD projector, Hi-fi surround audio system, and a big screen covering an entire wall.

Big Kitchen upstairs

In the spacious, well-equipped kitchen upstairs you have double fridges and freezers, double gas stoves, coffee machine, juice machine, etc.

Here you can make your breakfast and cook your lunch and dinner.

If you prefer our staff can also make the kind of breakfast you want and you can hire a chef from a restaurant in the village to do lunch and dinner for you.

There are also many nice restaurants down in Kamala village at a short distance from the villa.

Laundry

If you want to have your clothes washed and ironed, our staff can do it for you.

Maintenance

Cleaning of floors, changing of bedclothes, and every other kind of maintenance of bedrooms, the rest of the villa, and the pool, are included in the price.

Transport

We have our own well-equipped minibus (with TV, surround sound system, and comfortable chairs) for maximum fourteen passengers.

Our driver can pick you up and drop you at the airport.

You can also book the bus for transport to the local supermarket, to the bank and the beach, and to restaurants. For trips to other destinations on the Phuket Island you can either book our bus or rent a car.

You can also rent motorbikes from us. However, we recommend that you stick to the village roads where the traffic is ok.

Events

All the things mentioned and many more make our villa suitable for family events such as weddings and birthday parties, and for conferences.
