The original furniture is comfortable, in each of the 3 bedrooms there is a large comfortable bed.

The spacious and functional kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, including appliances and utensils. Dining area is represented by a dining table. Living room has comfortable sofa and plasma TV.

Daily and Weekly rates are inclusive of Electricity, Water supply and Daily Cleaning service for Daily rate and twice a week for Weekly rate. Monthly & Yearly rates are excluded Electricity, Water supply  but included once a week cleaning.

Deposit: The refundable deposit shall be made by guests upon checking-in in the form of Cash.
