The amazing house is part of a gated community on the east side of Phuket, north of Boat Lagoon, with a breathtaking views of the bay and the surrounding islands as well as the mountains in the west. There are twelve similar houses in the community, in six separate buildings, all surrounding the common pool area.

• Top floor: under roof out door dining area and space for sun chairs. Well-kept lush garden with private splash pool and area for outdoor dining, BBQ and sun loungers. Downstairs has an outdoor shower area and toilets downstairs. Under roof parking space for two cars near front door. 

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and everything else needed in a six people household. There are a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, high speed Internet, TV, DVD and IPTV with many international channels.

The house is furnished with contemporary as well as antique furniture and works of art. Art work, antique chests and Tibetan cabinets, pottery from Chiang Mai, paintings by Thai artists and more can be negotiated for sale.

You can enjoy barbecue of freshly caught seafood (like lobster, prawns, crabs, and they are available in abundance) at the terrace and devour a delicious meal at your own home. 

Location:

The house is located only 150 meters away from the sea. For swimming, however, a tour to one of the nearby islands, with lovely white beaches and good restaurants with shower facilities and trekking possibilities, is recommended, only 15 minutes away from the local pier. Long tail boats are ready available for a small charge.  Surin beach is 20 minutes away. Nay Yang beach, near the airport, can be reached after a 20 minutes drive. For shopping, Phuket town and also the famous shopping mall Central Festival can also be reached within 20 minutes.

For golfers, Mission Hill Golf Club is 15 minutes away. Other excellent golf options are Red Mountain and Loch Palm in Kathu. Blue Canyon golf course is located near the airport in then north of Phuket.

Facilities of community:

The area comes complete with it's own small (three hole) golf course, tennis court, four separate swimming pools including jacuzzi and children’s pool, plus fountain for shower and play. There are also a Club House with a big gym, sauna, room for table tennis, a manned front desk and open lounge, office space, and staff areas within the community 

The territory has a full time manager (English) and staff for housekeeping, maintenance, security and garden work. If there is a need for support, a simple phone call to the front office and help is on the way.

The house has a full time maid. She lives in the adjacent village and comes to work upon call or when agreed with owners or guests.
