This luxury villa is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

The superb three-storey villa set high on the hill offering a fabulous view of Kata Beach, Poo Island and the Andaman Sea. The villa is elegantly furnished with excellent facilities throughout providing a great atmosphere for comfort and relaxation.

Two of the en-suite bedrooms are on upper level facing the Andaman Sea and the third en-suite bedroom is on the lower level overlooking the pool. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas all face the terrace and the sea.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher. There are a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer and a safe box.

The terrace has a sunbed, a table and chairs.

Everything you need can be arranged here at the Clubhouse and it's less than two minutes walk from the villa on the estate: terrace Cafe, a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 400 THB for 3 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities.
