This villa is located in a high-end luxury estate set in lush jungle overlooking Kata and Kata Noi Beach in southwest Phuket - Thailand's premiere resort destination, perfect for the more savvy, self sufficient traveller – those who have enough taste to pick a beautiful area, and enough vision not to stay in a resort or hotel.

Within a minute walk from the villa lies the Clubhouse. This is not solely a reception and administration area, but also the perfect place to meet other guests and sit back and enjoy delicious food and drinks at the Terrace Cafe - where the prices are as good as the quality. The Clubhouse also includes a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers.

Within a few minutes walk you will find two of Phuket's premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

Villa Accommodation

This three bedroom villa features genuine tropical style living and is packed with taste. The designer kitchen is fitted with everything you could possibly need while the living room has Balinese furniture and a huge flat screen TV.

You can almost dive into the 10 metre swimming pool from the living area, and the pool deck is sheltered on three sides and screened for privacy. There is one double and one twin bedroom overlooking the pool and one double bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom is a treat – a tropical combination of indoor and outdoor bathroom.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 500 THB for 4 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities.
