• No smoking!
• From 22:00 pm to 8:00 am there  is a time of silence as to respect the neighbors.
• Close all doors and windows when leaving the house.
• Do not throw the toilet paper and other garbage in the toilets. Sewerage system is designed so that it is cleared by microorganisms, which processed only the biological waste.
• In the case of obstruction, cleaning is done at the expense of the tenant and costs 5,000 THB.
