This beautiful place is special for its location between two popular beaches. Tourists will find here all they need just in a walking distance – a variety of different restaurants, all kinds of beach activities and attractions. The infrastructure is really extensive. So, this is a perfect place for permanent living and for a vacation.

The main idea of this villa interior is spaciousness and freedom. A spacious patio with BBQ facilities and a large swimming pool, a beautiful garden with tropical trees – altogether it makes this villa a peaceful and comfortable place for a vacation and living.

There are three bedrooms with large comfortable beds. Each bedroom is provided with a private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen has an open layout plan, so you can easily access a dining room, a living room and a guest toilet.

The interior is designed in a traditional Asian style. High quality wooden furniture from Chiang Mai is a real masterpiece of art – decorating elements, straight and smooth lines, the game with the texture of wood of different species and careful execution – all of it are in a perfect performance. White walls and high ceilings combined with large windows complement the rooms with natural light. Multiple lamplight throughout the ceiling also creates a soft lighting in the evening hours.

Living-room is equipped with all necessary devices for a comfortable leisure – a large flat screen TV, satellite-to-home television, home cinema and a variety of DVD-disks with movies in different languages.

You can rent a car or a bike, at the price of 26 and 6 Euros per day respectively.

The entire area of the villa and the garden are serviced by trained staffs on a daily basis, except Sundays.

A short-term rental includes Internet, electricity and water supply fees, housekeeping services (6 times per week), linen change (twice a week), garden and pool maintenance, beach towels, laundry, transfer from the airport and back.

A long-term rent for 1 year provides the following services: housekeeping service, laundry, linen change, a gardener and a pool man at an additional price (10 000 THB per month).

In case of long term rental booking, you have to pay a 2-month rental payment and a security deposit (100 000 THB) which will be refunded in check-out day.
