Three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room with dining area has access to the outdoor terrace to a large private pool. ere provides for recreation area with loungers for sunbathing and the area with lawn, garden and barbecue area.

The booking deposit: 50% of the rental amount

Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received at least 30 days prior to guest arrival.

If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the rental shall be due at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made prior to 60 days - fully refundable.

Cancellations made prior to 30 days - 50% refundable.

Cancellations made less than 30 days - no refund.
