Key points

• 6% yearly for a selected program period for 3 years (no additional fees)
• During the Rental Program Period the Purchaser is entitled to use or rent to third parties their unit for 40 nights per year with the following conditions:
• 10 nights during the high season (1st November – 30th April) and 30 nights during the low season (1st May – 31st October).
• No common fee - is payable during Rental Program.

30th June 2018 construction will start and consists of 5 phases, the entire project will be completed in the end of 2023.

Payment schedule:

• 100,000 THB - deposit.
• 50% - after one month.
• 20% - 2nd payment.
• 30% - 3rd payment.
