RAW19553: Charming Two Bedroom Villa at Rawai district

The villa is located at Rawai district in the south of Phuket.

The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double size beds, 2 bathrooms, large living room with beautiful kitchen.

All rooms are air conditioned.

There is a direct access through sliding windows and doors to the courtyard with an outdoor pool, which is so necessary in a hot country.

The kitchen, which has all the necessary appliances and cookware, combines functionality with naturalness. The interior of the entire house is made with the help of the perfect combination of Thai design and modern western style with bright elements in the decor.

The whole area is surrounded by tropical plants, there is a seating area next to the pool with the beautiful furniture set up for a relaxing pastime. 

Water, check out cleaning and internet are included but electricity is to be paid separately (7.41 baht/Kw).

2 set of bed sheets per bed and 2 set of towels per person are provided upon arrival.

There is a security damage deposit to pay upon arrival: 20000 bath or 500 euros or 600 usd, refundable upon check out.
