Second floor is occupied by a second living room. This allows guests to partake in different activities or kids to play without disturbing others. The master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom is located on the 2nd floor as well. The master bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Booking policy

Guests pay 50% non refundable booking deposit to book, balance due 30 days before check-in. 
If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund. 
Refund will be made with deduction of bank transfer fees and losses.
