RAW18950: Single storey 2 bedroom villa with Spacious Terrace in Rawai

The Villas is a luxury villa community located in southern Phuket.It is situated just 300 meters from Rawai Beach and other seafront tourist attractions such as cafés, restaurants, shopping complexes, grocery stores and a seafood market. Additionally, the complex is only a 5 to 10 minute drive away from the picturesque Ya Nui and Nai Harn swimming beaches.

The community includes 43 villas, a restaurant featuring international cuisine, a park with a children’s playground and water features, a spa, a gym, massage services and a reception and management office.

Each villa has a private pool, covered parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and either 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The bedrooms are furnished with queen size double beds. The terraces that surround each pool feature deck chairs and an outdoor shower.

This villa is ideal for a group of four or a small family.

• A fully equipped kitchen and dining area (kitchen includes an electric stove,

• Two bedrooms, each of which have a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom, TV,
• dresser, and access to the pool
• A courtyard with a spacious terrace, a 6-meter swimming pool, an outdoor
• shower and garden furniture with deck chairs
• Covered parking with an automatic gate

Included:

• 1 time complimentary drinks and fruit plate(on check in)
• Room cleaning on reguest by customer(if stay 1-6 nights)
• Rooms cleaning 2 times per week(if stay longer than 6 nights)
• Bed linen and towels 1 time per week(if stay longer than 6 nights).
