Accommodation comprises 8 bedrooms, all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-size beds (one room with an extra single bed, ideal for young families), 1 queen-size bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with queen/single bunk beds. The 9th room has a sofa bed, ideal for two children or one adult, therefore the villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 people, plus baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second twin bedroom is also located upstairs, ideal for young children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 6 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have king-size beds, Bedroom 3 also having a large single bed (so sleeping 3 adults or a family with younger children). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathrooms with a spacious walk-in shower or bath. Sliding double doors take you from each of these rooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 also offers a king-size bed, and shares a large family en-suite bathroom with bedroom 7, with bunk beds (with a queen-size bed below and a single bed above). Finally, bedroom 8 has a queen-size bed and further en-suite bathroom, and can be used as a maid or nannies room if you wish to bring helpers with you.

Downstairs also boasts a large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer. There is also a second living room with 50" TV, DVD player and cable TV, for further entertainment.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player (including a selection of movies) and satellite TV with over 50 channels, as well as a bluetooth speaker system. Moving outside you can relax, or dine at the 12-seater dining table, on the under-cover balcony while taking in the valley views.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

Villa also offers wireless internet access, an office with desk and landline telephone for those who cannot totally escape, or have to keep in touch with the rest of the world.
