At your service all the advantages of infrastructure of the area: only a few minutes away from the FantaSea show, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, souvenir and fruit markets, beach clubs, golf courses, etc.

In the residence you will be provided with a private atmosphere and all the conditions to make your vacation perfect. Here is a cozy lounge bar and restaurant, on request for guests is provided Invilla spa services, cooking classes with chef and yoga classes directly on Kamala Beach. Guests can reach the beach using a free shuttle - it's just a couple of minutes drive away.

Perfect for couples traveling together or families with children, all our two bedroom villas are a well deserved treat. Each villa is 380sqm and has a large outdoor swimming pool, perfect for children of any age, while inside there is a western kitchen complete with all appliances.

Living room has a soft sofa, dining area - a dining table for 6 people. All the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. European kitchen is fully equipped with all nesessary.

There are swimming pool, sun beds, outdoor table and sitting near villa. The beautiful shaded terrace is perfectly placed to enjoy the view on the pool.

10% booking payment required upon booking. This booking payment is non-refundable.

For All Promotion & packages: 50% booking payment required upon booking. This booking payment is non-refundable.

To secure booking:

High Season: to secure booking, full pre payment should be settled in 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise resort has the right to sell the villa(s) to others.

Peak Season: to secure booking, full pre payment should be settled in 45 days before arrival date. Otherwise resort has the right to sell the villa(s) to others.

Summer Season: to secure booking, full pre payment should be settled in 10 days before arrival date. Otherwise resort has the right to sell the villa(s) to others.

Full pre-payment or deposit payment by bank transfer has to be settled in the currency on the invoice.

Cancellations & Early check out & No-Show Policies

High Season - A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Peak Season - A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 45 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

A cancellation fee equivalent to full amount will be charged for each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Summer Season - A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each villa cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.

Maximum 1 extra person
