This is a new, modern pool villa situated in a secure development of villas and townhouses located just 400m from Phuket's famous tourist attraction, Phuket Fantasea and just 30-40 mins from the airport.

The villa boasts three double bedrooms, all ensuite and all with air-conditioning as well as a huge living/dining room area and a massive fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a 55" TV, HD satellite TV (with HBO, Sports etc) and media player with HDMI so you can connect your own devices.

The 9m x 5m pool is much bigger than normally found in similar properties (most villas have an 8m x 4m pool) and comes with 6 pool loungers. The garden also boasts a sala with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for a lazy breakfast or lunch by the pool.

The villa has a twice-weekly maid service and linens are changed weekly. The pool and garden areas are also serviced weekly. You will be met on check-in by a representative of the villa management company and they are on hand 24/7 should you need any assistance. They can also arrange car hire, tours or anything else you should require during your stay.

Kamala Beach is one of Phuket's quieter beaches but it has numerous places to eat and drink. Very family friendly, Kamala is the perfect place to relax. For those who enjoy visiting markets, Kamala has three market days, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The Friday market is very close to the villa and there is a wide range of great local foods on offer.

For a great night out and spectacular sunset views, visit the nearby Cape Sienna Resort and enjoy sundowners at their Vanilla Sky Bar. If you want some more raucous nightlife, Patong Beach is just 15 minutes away by car. For those with something more high-end in mind, Surin's Catch Beach Club is just 10 minutes away, where you can relax and party the night away.

There are restaurants and shops within walking distance of the villa, as well as a motorbike rental agent, making Kamala the perfect destination on the glorious West Coast.
