In 1989, the house was built across the space of 300m2 (3.200 square feet), later in 2007 it was renovated. 6.900m2 (74.000 square feet) of land is surrounding the house. The residence is in Rawai, Phuket.

The building has three stories. Each story is approximately (100m2). The entire house is entirely featured as it is our current living home. It has a practical outdoors kitchen.

Parking space is available for three vehicles.

The residence is located about 200m (650 feet) from the closest sand beach. Distance to the nearby Phuket international airport is around 50km which is just around 30 miles.

Property is also ideally suited for investors and can be converted to 6 apartments.
