This luxury villa is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

The elegant 4-bedroom villa sits high on the estate with views of Kata Beach from the master bedroom. The large and delightful bedrooms all come with en suite bathrooms, while the lower bedroom offers a full home entertainment centre.

The living area has been expertly furnished with fine carpets and Buddhist wall hangings. The swimming pool is screened by lush tropical greenery giving total privacy. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher,  rice cooker, coffee maker.

There is the gazebo.

There are an iron/ with an ironing board, a hair dryer and a safe box.

Everything you need can be arranged here at the Clubhouse and it's less than two minutes walk from the villa on the estate: terrace cafe, a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers.

This villa can be rented as 2-bedrooms or 3-bedrooms villa.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 500 THB for 4 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities.
