Our residence is a 4 bedroom spacious layout consisting of 660 square meters build up area. New modern style house designed by an Italian architect creating a sophisticate atmosphere throughout the property. Equipped with 13 meter private pool with a comfortable Jacuzzi for you to chill on those hot tropical days.
A 120 square meter roof top floor with a outstanding view over the Chalong bay and a nice sea breeze. The roof top is equipped with a bar, dining table, sala with a comfortable L shape sofa.
The South of Phuket is a perfect place if you like nature and peace, the house is located about 100 meters of the Friendship beach and has two resorts in a stroll away, these are perfect for dining out.
The view is over the Chalong bay and you can see several islands which you can reach by Kayak or long tail boat.
Twice a week there is a local market just a cross the road supply fresh, fish, meat veggie and fruit all for the local price.
Tesco lotus and the Macro are 2 Km away for all your groceries needs.
Some of the highlight of Phuket within 10 min away: Big Budda (can be seen from the roof top) Elephant rides, Kite surf school, Sea shell museum, Nai Harn beach, Chalong (boat trips). Phrom Cap Cape (the most southern tip of Phuket which is famous for sun set/rise, plenty of bars and restaurants.
