In the residence you will be provided with a private atmosphere and all the conditions to make your vacation perfect. Here is a cozy lounge bar and restaurant, on request for guests is provided Invilla spa services, cooking classes with chef and yoga classes directly on Kamala Beach. Guests can reach the beach using a free shuttle - it's just a couple of minutes drive away.

Each 3 bedroom villa is approximately 430sqm and has a large & spacious living area complete with western kitchen, indoor dining table, comfy sofa and flat screen TV with home theater system. All bedrooms have comfortable soft beds and a work desk with a chair. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with king size double beds. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.

A large tropical garden, topped off with your own private swimming pool and sala are perfect for those lazing around days.

To secure booking:

High Season: to secure booking, full pre payment should be settled in 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise resort has the right to sell the villa(s) to others.

Peak Season: to secure booking, full pre payment should be settled in 45 days before arrival date. Otherwise resort has the right to sell the villa(s) to others.

Summer Season: to secure booking, full pre payment should be settled in 10 days before arrival date. Otherwise resort has the right to sell the villa(s) to others.

Full pre-payment or deposit payment by bank transfer has to be settled in the currency on the invoice.

Cancellations & Early check out & No-Show Policies

High Season - A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Peak Season - A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 45 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

A cancellation fee equivalent to full amount will be charged for each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Summer Season - A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each villa cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.
