This is a project that is going to have several phases of construction. Right now, the first stage is planned to have 6 villas, 3 marked as A and 3 as B, and the their deisgn varies slightly.
The main difference in price comes with variation in land plot size.
The villas have bedrooms on the ground floor, outdoor and indoor terraces on the second floor, plus foreign technologies used i construction to promote high-quality, comfortable living.
The developer builds villas, A ones are going to be finished in 2023, B ones - in 2024.
