Orbita - it's a project of 4 pool villas with different sizes. If desired, you can have more garden or an additional room, or both of these.
The Villas will be built in accordance with modern trends and the functional concept of the designer.
The Villas according to your desire can be with 2, 3 and even 4 bedrooms. Houses in the villa will be located in the L-shape around the pool. Each villa is supposed to have a closed off-street car park.
All bedrooms were designed as large, master rooms. The bedroom will be placed in 25-30 sq.m. and will be equipped with a private bathroom for each.
This is the main idea of the project: each bedroom is the same and is considered the main room, which is convenient for living and is good for rent. Each room will be full of natural light through huge windows and have access to the pool, which adds comfort to pleasant sunshine and coolness on hot winter days.
The kitchen is right in the middle of the villa. It is conveniently located in the corner. The remaining space is for the living room and dining room, huge German sliding glass doors leading to the pool and terrace. All rooms have high ceilings, creating a cool and spacious environment.
